starry starry night.

 You know the days when the night sky is magnificently clear and it's speckled with endless shimmering stars and you just want to stand out there with your head up towards the sky, feeling nothing short of awe. But then you realise you have a shitload of homework to do and mosquitoes are sucking on every artery of your body that you're forced to tear yourself away and crawl back into the welcoming arms of homework.

Well, today is one of those days.

It's just something about the sky, the moon, the stars and the clouds that leaves me feeling a little bit magical. But it is isn't it? Well I think so. This afternoon and evening felt very ethereal. The clouds formed a golden orb with deep purple clouds encasing it, and tonight, the stars shone ever so brightly. There was one star that was especially bright, but it could be a planet. I don't know. I wish I had a telescope :(
